Dr. Samuel began his life coaching journey after experiencing a period of personal struggle, marked by a loss of self-confidence and a search for his true identity. Raised in a Pakistani-Indian family while immersed in a Western environment, he faced unique challenges balancing these cultural perspectives, which ultimately led him to his passion for helping others.  Through volunteering and counseling in local communities, Rahul discovered that his greatest fulfillment came from listening to and guiding others through their own struggles. His personal experiences of navigating the complexities of Eastern and Western values inspired him to support others facing similar challenges, particularly around identity, relationships, and self-confidence.  Rahul’s coaching combines his cultural understanding with a focus on mental and physical well-being.
